The emulator program appears to be the one under this home environment as well: The ANDROID_HOME environment variable appears to be correctly set (it matches the Android SDK location in the SDK Manager. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing it. I have the latest version of the emulator installed. I have installed everything for this version of the SDK available in the SDK Manager:
